Training & Testing Center in Chennai
About the Center
Training & Testing Center was established in the year 2002. To meet the requirements of multinational standards, the Training Center is upgraded with all modern facilities like client interview halls, classrooms, and others.
About Us
The Training & Testing Center covers an area of 10,000 sq.ft with a building area of 4,800 sq.ft dedicated to interview halls, classrooms, workshops, and worker accommodations.
Infrastructure
The Training Center is well-equipped with a range of facilities designed to meet industry standards:
- 2 Interview halls
- 1 Classroom
- Worker dormitory (Accommodation for 40 workers)
- 4000 sq.ft workshop with 10 welding bays and imported welding machines
Facilities
Welding Section
Our workshop is equipped with:
- 10 welding bays with imported welding machines
- Qualified trainers certified by ASMI (Association of Singapore Marine Industries)
- Training in SMAW (3G, 4G, and 6G positions), MIG/MAG, GTAW welding, and fitting as per international standards
Fitting Section
Steel Fitting Section
We have 10 cutting beds, and testing can be conducted for at least 10 workers at one time.
Pipe Fitting Section
Our testing equipment allows us to test 10 workers simultaneously.
Scaffolding Section
We have testing equipment capable of testing 20 workers at one time.
Other Training
